Qualification: B.Sc/DMLT
Experience: 4 to 8 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Biochemistry,Haematology,Immunology all department work experience Must
- Review, validate, and verify test results prior to release, escalating abnormal or critical findings as required.
- Supervise, train, and mentor laboratory technicians and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) programs.
- Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance of laboratory instruments and analyzers.
- Monitor laboratory workflow to ensure timely turnaround of test results.
- Oversee specimen receipt, processing, storage, and disposal in accordance with laboratory protocols.
- Maintain laboratory records, documentation, and inventory of reagents and consumables.
- Participate in method validation, equipment qualification, and implementation of new diagnostic tests.
- Support internal and external quality assessment programs and laboratory accreditation activities (e.g., NABL, ISO 15189).
- Ensure adherence to biosafety, infection control, and occupational health and safety standards.
- Investigate testing errors, equipment issues, and non-conformities, and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with pathologists, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to support accurate patient diagnosis.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
