About the Role
IIM SKILLS is looking for experienced, mature, and professional on-camera Content Creators to create short-form video content for our PGDM course. We are looking for individuals who have a strong professional presence, mature communication style, and the ability to build credibility with an adult/professional audience.
This opportunity is specifically suited for experienced professionals, educators, trainers, corporate professionals, anchors, or established content creators.
What You'll Do
- Create short-form videos/reels for our PGDM course.
- Present educational, management, career, and professional-development topics.
- Deliver content with confidence, clarity, and authority.
- Follow provided scripts and content briefs while maintaining a natural presentation style.
- Record high-quality videos with clear audio, good lighting, and a professional background.
- Submit videos within agreed timelines.
Who We're Looking For
- Experienced and mature professionals with a strong on-camera presence.
- Candidates who can naturally communicate with a professional/adult audience.
- Excellent communication skills in English/Hinglish.
- Confident and articulate while speaking on camera.
- Background in education, training, corporate, management, HR, sales, consulting, media, anchoring, or content creation is preferred.
- Prior experience creating educational/professional video content will be an advantage.
- Must have access to a good-quality smartphone/camera, lighting, and clear audio setup.
Important
This is not a beginner/intern-level content creation opportunity. We are specifically seeking mature, experienced, and professionally presentable individuals who can represent an educational brand and communicate PGDM-related topics with credibility.
