A Student Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective and existing students regarding courses, career opportunities, admissions, and training programs. They play a key role in helping students choose the right course based on their educational background, interests, and career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students about the courses offered by the institute.
- Explain course curriculum, certification, career opportunities, and placement support.
- Handle walk-in, telephone, WhatsApp, email, and online enquiries professionally.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM or enquiry register.
- Assist students with the admission process and documentation.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with trainers and the management team regarding batch schedules and student requirements.
- Meet monthly admission targets and contribute to the institute's growth.
- Address student queries and provide timely support throughout the admission process.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups effectively.
- Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is an added advantage.
Qualification
- Any Graduate (Preferred)
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in educational counselling, admissions, or sales is an added advantage.
