Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and motivated fresher candidates with a Chemistry background to join our production team. You will be trained to handle day-to-day production activities in our chemical/pharmaceutical plant, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
Key Responsibilities (Post Training):
- Assist in executing production processes as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Learn and operate basic plant equipment like reactors, filters, and dryers under supervision.
- Measure, mix, and transfer chemicals following safety and process guidelines.
- Maintain production records, logbooks, and documentation accurately.
- Support senior chemists in quality checks and process monitoring.
- Follow plant hygiene, safety protocols, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Report any abnormal observations or incidents to the shift in-charge.
Training & Development:
You will receive hands-on training in:
- Plant safety and Emergency Response Procedures
- Process flow and basic chemical operations
- SOPs, GMP, and documentation practices
- Equipment handling and maintenance basics
