We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager to join our Retail Housing Finance division. This role is critical in driving customer acquisition and business development initiatives in the retail housing finance segment. The successful candidate will work towards achieving assigned sales targets, building strong stakeholder relationships, and promoting home loan products to ensure customer engagement and business growth.
- Drive customer acquisition and business development initiatives to expand the company's market presence and customer base.
- Generate leads through Distribution Service Associates (DSA) and Channel Partner networks to build a robust pipeline of potential customers.
- Promote and market home loan products and services to retail customers, ensuring high levels of product knowledge and effective communication of features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including DSA partners, channel partners, and internal teams to support sustainable business growth.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and branch objectives as defined by senior management, with accountability for individual and team performance metrics.

- MBA PREFERRED
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in any of the following areas:
- Home Loan / Mortgage Sales
- Retail Finance
- Strong sales and business development acumen
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Target-oriented approach with proven track record of achieving sales objectives
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
