Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Accounts Manager to oversee client payments, invoicing, and coordination with both clients and internal teams. This role also involves supporting brand‑related activities to ensure smooth financial and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Payment Management – Track and manage client payments, ensuring timely collections and follow‑ups
- Invoicing & Billing – Prepare and process invoices accurately
- Client Coordination – Handle end‑to‑end communication regarding billing, payments, and account queries
- Brand/Project Coordination – Collaborate with internal teams for financial alignment
- Accounts Reconciliation – Maintain records, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies
- Compliance – Ensure adherence to company policies and financial procedures
- Reporting – Generate periodic reports on receivables and payment status
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and invoicing
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally or similar)
- Excellent communication skills for client servicing and coordination
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Experience in client servicing/brand coordination is a plus
Experience:
2–5 years in Accounts / Finance / Client Coordination
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
