We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 2–5 years of experience in the aggregates or construction materials sector to join our team in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of aggregates (sand, crushed stone, gravel, etc.), building strong relationships with contractors, builders, and infrastructure companies, and achieving sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the aggregates/construction materials segment.
Identify and acquire new clients including construction companies, contractors, infrastructure developers, and ready-mix concrete plants.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and close sales deals.
Track sales performance and maintain CRM records of client interactions.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
2–5 years of sales experience in aggregates, construction materials, cement, RMC, or related sectors.
Strong network with contractors, builders, developers, and infrastructure companies in Mumbai.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Good understanding of construction industry supply chains and materials.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
Knowledge of aggregate products, quarry operations, and construction materials market.
Strong local market knowledge of Mumbai and nearby regions.
Ability to manage field sales and client meetings.
