We're Hiring – Airline Ticketing Executive
JVP Tours is looking for an experienced Airline Ticketing Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international flight reservations.
- Issue airline tickets and process payments accurately.
- Manage ticket reissues, cancellations, refunds, and schedule changes.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, fare quotations, and travel-related queries.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve booking-related issues.
- Coordinate with airlines to ensure smooth ticketing operations.
- Handle special service requests such as seat selection, meal preferences, and wheelchair assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.
- Stay updated with airline policies, fare rules, and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in airline ticketing or a travel agency.
- Strong working knowledge of Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo GDS.
- Excellent knowledge of airline fares, ticketing, reissues, refunds, and fare rules.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A certification or diploma in Travel & Tourism is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
