We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support our hospital procurement consulting projects. The role involves analyzing large procurement datasets, standardizing and maintaining master data, generating pricing insights, and preparing client-ready reports and presentations.
The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, possess strong analytical skills, and have the ability to transform complex data into meaningful business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze hospital procurement and pricing data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and actionable insights
- Structure, clean, and standardize large datasets to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain master data for pharmaceutical products, medical consumables, and procurement categories.
- Prepare pricing analytics, benchmarking reports, and procurement performance reports for hospital clients.
- Create client presentations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with operations, client relationship, and business development teams to support ongoing projects.
- Continuously improve data processes, reporting templates, and analytical methodologies.
Desired Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, formulas, and data analysis functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to organize and manage large volumes of data.
- Good presentation and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
Eligibility Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Pharmacy, Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, Computer Applications, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, MIS, healthcare analytics, procurement analytics, or a similar role.
- Fresh graduates with excellent analytical aptitude and strong Excel skills are encouraged to apply.
