Job Summary This position plays a strategic role in building a competitive supplier base in
India to meet its domestic and global demand. To develop procurement
Processes and driving cost savings through strategic supplier partnerships.
This position involves identifying, evaluating, and on boarding suppliers,
Negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the
Timely delivery of goods and services at the best possible value.
Experience Profile
Experience in strategic sourcing, procurement.
Demonstrated success in identifying cost-saving opportunities and
Negotiating favourable terms with suppliers.
proven track record of building and maintaining strong supplier
Relationships.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams across the
Globe to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
Experience in Vendor development, vendor engineering to ensure
Stable and smooth flow of material
Experience in New product development, product zero based costing,
Supplier negotiations, timely execution of projects
Strong experience in cost reduction, create new ideas for savings,
VAVE initiatives to reduce costs
Experience in Iron and Aluminium Castings, Machining items is
Necessary
Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering, Fixtures, Gauges and
Tooling is necessary.

Identify, evaluate, and on-board suppliers that offer the best value proposition
In terms of quality, price, and delivery time. Key Responsibilities
Supplier Relationship Management
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster
Collaboration, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Negotiation
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings
And favourable terms for the company.
Cost Management
Analyse spending patterns, conduct market research, and implement cost-
Saving strategies without compromising quality or service levels.
Risk Management
Assess and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain, including supplier
Reliability, geopolitical factors, and market volatility.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations and
Quality assurance, to align sourcing strategies with business objectives and
Ensure seamless execution.
Supplier Performance Monitoring
Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor supplier performance and
Drive accountability.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical
Standards in all sourcing activities.
Academic Qualification
BE – Mech / DME, Bachelor's degree in Business,
Additional qualifications in the field of Supply Chain Management, or a related field will be an added advantage Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus.
