We are hiring Claim Support Analyst (US Healthcare)
Location: Pitampura
Salary:Upto 4,00,000 (including travelling allowance; based on experience & interview)
Experience: 1–4 years ( Claim Handling– Mandatory)
Eligibility:
✔ 1 to 4+ years of US healthcare claim handling.
✔ Email chat/Outbound calls to providers for follow ups on outreach for medical claims, records, itemized bills, balance billing, and refunds. Manage daily productivity with quality as per SLA compliance Handle US client calls and escalations Should be flexible with shift timing. Shift: US Shift / Night Shift IST
✔ Coordinate with billing and AR teams for claim resolution.Good communication and analytical skills.
✔ Immediate joiners preferred
