Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property visits, and closing sales for residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales leads through various channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.
