Key Responsibilities
Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and consumer preferences.
Create original design concepts, sketches, and technical drawings.
Develop seasonal collections and product lines.
Select fabrics, trims, patterns, and materials for garment production.
Collaborate with merchandisers, production teams, and suppliers.
Prepare design specifications and tech packs for manufacturing.
Monitor sample development and ensure design quality standards are met.
Make design modifications based on feedback and market requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging fashion movements.
Participate in fittings and oversee the final product development process.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Apparel Design, or a related field.

Required Skills
