GMM Pfaudler Ltd. is looking for dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement professionals to join the PPT Procurement team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, experience in industrial purchasing, and excellent analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle procurement activities from inquiry to Purchase Order (PO) issuance.
- Float RFQs and coordinate with suppliers.
- Follow up with vendors for quotations, deliveries, and documentation.
- Evaluate technical and commercial bids.
- Compare quotations and negotiate pricing.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers.
- Maintain procurement records and reports.
