Job Description: IT & Administration Executive

We are looking for a proactive and responsible IT & Administration Executive to manage the company's IT infrastructure, office administration, inventory, and facility operations. The ideal candidate should be technically competent, organized, and capable of providing prompt support to employees while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
IT Support & Infrastructure Management
Maintain and monitor all office computers, laptops, printers, networking equipment, and IT accessories.
Ensure all systems, software, antivirus programs, and operating systems are updated and functioning properly.
Provide immediate troubleshooting, technical support, and basic repair services for employee systems and devices.
Coordinate with external vendors for advanced hardware repairs, maintenance, and procurement when required.
Maintain records of IT assets, software licenses, warranties, and service schedules.
Ensure regular backups and basic data security practices are followed.
Asset & Inventory Management
Maintain accurate records of all company devices, tools, and equipment.
Manage issuance and return of laptops, accessories, tools, and other company assets.
Ensure proper documentation and approval procedures are followed for asset allocation.
Conduct periodic inventory audits and maintain organized storage facilities.
Keep inventory records updated and ensure adequate stock levels of office and IT supplies.
Office Administration & Facilities Management
Oversee general office maintenance and ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.
Supervise housekeeping staff and monitor cleanliness standards across the office premises.
Coordinate repairs, maintenance activities, and vendor services related to office facilities.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate timely procurement when required.
Ensure storage areas are properly maintained and organized.
General Administration
Support management in day-to-day administrative activities.
Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to office operations and assets.
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding equipment usage and office procedures.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, networking, and printer maintenance.
Ability to diagnose and resolve common IT issues independently.
Good organizational and inventory management skills.
Ability to supervise support staff and coordinate with vendors.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT support, office administration, or a similar role.
Diploma, Graduate, or relevant technical qualification preferred.
Must own a two-wheeler or other personal conveyance for local travel and office-related work.
Candidate should be willing to handle both IT and administrative responsibilities.
Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (based on experience and skills).
