· Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements, specifications, and design intent.
· Conduct on-site inspections to assess site conditions, measurements, and structural elements.
· Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure execution at site is as per approved execution drawings.
· Supervise execution activities to ensure they align with project schedules and quality standards.
· Monitor progress, resolve any on-site issues or discrepancies, and provide timely updates to the project manager.
· Conduct quality control checks to verify workmanship, materials, and finishes meet specified standards.
· Manage material procurement, inventory, and delivery schedules to support execution activities.
· Document project progress, milestones, and any deviations from the original plan.
· Collaborate with the project manager and design team to address design modifications or any change request during the execution phase.
· Provide technical expertise and guidance to contractors / subcontractors as needed.
