Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and expand our solar energy business. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating leads, and driving sales growth in solar panel solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for solar products and services
- Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial segments
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth execution
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Promote products through digital marketing, field visits, and campaigns
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements:
- Experience in solar energy / electrical / EPC / related industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of solar panel systems and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to lead a team and work independently
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools is an advantage
- Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
