Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience principles, interface design, and modern design trends. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly web and mobile application designs that enhance customer satisfaction and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- Ensure consistency in branding and user experience across all products.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Optimize existing interfaces based on user feedback and analytics.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar UI/UX design tools.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability standards.
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
- Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design concepts.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an added advantage.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, spacing, and layout.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects for web and mobile applications.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing ERP, SaaS, or enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) standards.
- Knowledge of interaction design, micro-interactions, and animation tools.
Ability to commute/relocate:
