- Requirements Gathering: Experience in working with customers to understand their requirements and document them in the form of Business Requirements and then expand them to Functional Requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, business requirements, and user guides. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the testing and validation of new systems, features, or enhancements. Collaborate with teams to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
