Job Type : HR and Admin Executive
We Oromah International Language Academy looking for an HR and Admin Executive who can handle recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding, attendance coordination, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication, organizational, and coordination skills to manage HR and office administration tasks efficiently.
HR & Admin Executive – Job Responsibilities
* Handle recruitment and support the hiring process.
* Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
* Screen applications and shortlist suitable candidates.
* Coordinate interviews and arrange interview schedules with management.
* Draft and issue offer letters to selected candidates.
* Maintain employee documents, records, and personal files properly.
* Conduct orientation and onboarding for new employees.
* Support payroll coordination by sharing attendance and employee details.
* Track employee attendance and maintain attendance records.
* Conduct exit interviews for employees leaving the company.
* Draft exit certificates and other exit-related documents.
* Maintain inventory reports, records, and stock sheets.
* Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities of the company.
HR and Admin Requirements:
- MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year experience. (Freshers with Internship experience also Welcome)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
- Excellent record keeping.
