The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, welcoming guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures and ensuring and pleasant guest experience. They act as the first point of contact for guests and represent the hotel' standards and Professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
* Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
* Manage room reservations and cancellations
* Provide information about hotel services, facilities and local attractions
* Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
* Coordinate with housekeeping department for room readiness
* Maintain cleanliness and organize the front office area

Working Hours:
Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays
