The Visa Head is responsible for managing the visa department, ensuring accurate and timely visa processing, compliance with immigration regulations, and high-quality client service. The role includes leading the visa team, handling complex cases, coordinating with embassies and immigration authorities, and improving departmental performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the visa processing team.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with visa policies.
- Handle complex visa cases and client escalations.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and external partners.
- Monitor team performance and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree.
- 4-5 years of visa processing experience, including leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of immigration and visa procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
