Position: ITI Welder
Location: Serampore, Hooghly, West Bengal
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Experience: 0–3 Years Preferred
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and hardworking ITI Welder to join our team. The candidate should be capable of performing welding, fabrication, and assembly work while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding work using Arc Welding, MIG Welding, and Gas Cutting techniques.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical specifications.
- Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures, ducts, frames, and equipment.
- Ensure welding quality and proper finishing of fabricated items.
- Operate welding machines, grinders, cutting machines, and other workshop tools.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
- Assist in installation and site fabrication work when required.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in good condition.
Required Qualifications
- ITI Certificate in Welder Trade.
- Basic knowledge of welding, gas cutting, and fabrication work.
- Ability to read engineering drawings is preferred.
- Physically fit and willing to work at workshop and project sites.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in HVAC duct fabrication, structural fabrication, or industrial projects.
- Knowledge of MIG, TIG, and Arc Welding.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation & Benefits
