Job Overview
Desgro Media is looking for energetic and self-motivated Business Development Executives to identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. This is a full-time, commission-based opportunity with attractive earning potential for individuals passionate about sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients.
- Generate leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and online channels.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable service solutions.
- Conduct meetings, follow-ups, and sales presentations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Requirements
- Strong interest in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is a plus.
