Growth Marketer

Position Overview
Aura Craft Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic, creative, and execution-oriented professional to join as a Growth Marketer.
The ideal candidate should have a strong learning attitude, creative thinking ability, and an execution-focused mindset to manage the company’s digital presence and marketing initiatives effectively.
The role involves creating engaging content, managing multiple social media platforms, generating leads through digital campaigns, and supporting overall brand-building activities across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Content Creation
- Design creative graphics, banners, posters, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Create engaging social media content including images, reels, short videos, and campaigns.
- Develop content calendars and strategies aligned with business goals.
- Maintain consistent branding across all digital platforms.
Photography & Videography
- Visit project sites, offices, and business locations for content creation.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing and promotions.
- Edit visuals for social media, websites, and ad campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams for impactful storytelling.
Social Media Management
Manage and grow presence across:
- Google Business Profile
- Facebook
- Instagram
- YouTube
- LinkedIn
- Pinterest
- Justdial
- IndiaMART
Responsibilities include:
- Regular posting and content scheduling
- Community engagement and response handling
- Monitoring performance and audience growth
- Platform-specific strategy execution
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute social media ad campaigns
- Generate and nurture leads through digital marketing activities
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance
- Coordinate with sales/business teams for lead conversion
CRM & Reporting
- Manage leads using CRM tools and Google Sheets
- Maintain accurate enquiry and follow-up records
- Prepare performance and lead status reports
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates
Candidate Requirements
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent)
- Basic video editing skills
- Understanding of social media marketing & digital ads
- Knowledge of photography and videography
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently

Training & Learning Period
- 15–20 days initial training period (based on performance and adaptability)

Probation Period
- 3 months probation period
- Confirmation based on performance, discipline, learning ability, and execution efficiency
- Probation may be extended if required for evaluation
Compensation & Benefits
Salary
- ₹12,000 – ₹14,800 per month (based on interview, skills, and experience)
Post-Confirmation Hike
- Performance-based revision of 20% to 50% upon successful confirmation

Work Expectations
