Job Description:
An Art and Craft Teacher designs and delivers creative lessons that foster students' artistic skills, imagination, and self-expression. They develop age-appropriate curricula, demonstrate various techniques, manage classroom materials, and showcase student artwork in exhibitions while ensuring a safe, engaging learning environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Curriculum Design: Plan and implement age-appropriate art and craft curricula tailored to school or board guidelines.
- Skill Instruction: Teach various mediums such as drawing, painting, sketching, clay modeling, papercraft, and collage.
- Student Assessment: Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain attendance and grading records.
- Classroom Management: Maintain an organized, inspiring, and safe learning environment where supplies are properly stored and handled.
- Event Coordination: Organize art exhibitions, showcases, and campus decorations for school functions and cultural events.
- Talent Nurturing: Encourage students to participate in local and national art competitions and build their creative portfolios.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
