Job Title: Office Coordinator Location: Noida Phase II Experience: 2+ Years Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical) or MBA Strong communication and coordination skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Job Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day office operations and administrative activities. Manage documentation, reports, and maintain office records. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors. Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare MOMs. Track office supplies and ensure smooth office functioning. Handle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence. Support management in daily operational and coordination tasks. Ensure timely follow-up on assigned work and deadlines. Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Good knowledge of MS Office. Ability to work independently and in a team. Problem-solving and time management skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
