Role Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to manage end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects for the goCollect platform. The role involves managing multiple client implementations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the BFSI domain, preferably within Collections, Lending, Recovery, or Loan Management Systems, and possess strong project management, stakeholder communication, and execution skills.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management

Manage 2–4 concurrent client implementation and enhancement projects.

Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

Track project progress against milestones and delivery schedules.
-
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Maintain project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, MOMs, action trackers, and change requests.
Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients during implementation.

Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates.
-
Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively resolve project issues.
-
Escalate risks and blockers appropriately to the Senior Project Manager.

Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, DevOps, Support, and Business Analysis teams.

Ensure functional requirements are clearly understood and delivered.

Follow up on sprint deliverables and implementation milestones.

Monitor dependencies across teams to avoid project delays.

Track project health using delivery dashboards.

Monitor project risks and mitigation plans.

Ensure adherence to internal project management processes.

Support sprint planning, release planning, and deployment coordination.
Compliance & Quality

Ensure project documentation is complete and up to date.
-
Follow internal quality standards and implementation methodologies.

Support compliance with client information security and governance requirements.
-
Coordinate defect tracking and resolution during implementation.
Required Experience
Mandatory
-
4–7 years of experience in Project Management or Software Implementations.

Minimum 3 years of experience in BFSI technology projects.
-
Experience working with NBFCs, HFCs, Banks, or Fintechs.
-
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
-
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
-
Experience coordinating cross-functional technology teams.
Preferred
-
Experience in Collections, Recovery, Lending, Loan Management Systems, or Debt Collection platforms.

Exposure to Agile project delivery.

Experience with SaaS product implementations.
Education
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

MBA / PGDM preferred.

Agile, Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

Relevant BFSI implementation experience may be considered in lieu of advanced qualifications.
