Job Description:
We are looking for a Student Counsellor who can guide students about our courses and convert leads into admissions. The role is target-driven and requires strong communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on available courses through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups
- Handle inside sales leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective students
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain proper records in CRM
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with students
- Close admissions and ensure timely fee collection
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 6 months experience in:
- Inside Sales
- EdTech Sales
- Academic / Career Counselling
- Cold Calling
- Any Sales Role
- Good English & Hindi communication skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with targets and pressure
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (preferred)
