We are currently looking for a skilled chef with strong expertise in authentic sourdough pizza making for our upcoming QSR project.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sourdough fermentation and artisanal pizza making
* Ability to handle dough preparation, fermentation, stretching, and baking
* Knowledge of modern pizza styles and kitchen operations
