We are looking for a Canva Intern to support our team in turning structured inputs into clean, well-designed decks and visual presentations.
Only apply if you have been using Canva for more than 8 months.
What you will do
This is not a design-thinking or content strategy role. The work is primarily executional and structured.
- Convert pre-defined content (text, data points, images) into clean Canva decks
- Follow fixed templates and formats provided by the team
- Do basic copy-paste structuring of slides with consistency and accuracy
- Organize content into visually coherent presentations (no design decisions required)
- Perform light secondary research when required (e.g., sourcing simple supporting references or images if instructed)
- Ensure all decks are presentation-ready, neat, and standardized
What you don’t need to do
- No heavy design thinking or creative ideation
- No complex illustration or branding work
- No advanced research or analysis
- No building formats from scratch
Skills required
- Comfortable working with Canva
- Strong attention to detail (alignment, formatting, consistency)
- Ability to follow instructions precisely
- Basic understanding of presentation structure
- Fast execution mindset
Good to have
- Prior experience making PPTs or Canva decks
- Familiarity with fashion / trend / consumer content (optional, not mandatory)
- Ability to work quickly with repetitive structured task
