Job Title: Senior Product Manager

The position involves managing product strategy, roadmap planning, customer research, and go-to-market coordination for retail technology products.
Responsibilities
- Define product roadmap and priorities based on business goals and customer needs.
- Conduct customer research and gather product requirements.
- Work with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to plan and deliver product improvements.
- Analyse market trends and competitor products in the retail technology space.
- Prepare product documents such as PRDs, MRDs, feature briefs, and roadmap plans.
- Support product launches, positioning, and internal team enablement.
- Track product performance, adoption, and customer feedback after launch.
- Identify opportunities to improve product usability, scalability, and business impact.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of product management experience.
- Experience working on retail technology, ERP, POS, order management, inventory, merchandising, supply chain, or omnichannel platforms.
- Experience in product roadmap planning, customer discovery, requirement gathering, prioritization, and product launches.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with SaaS or enterprise software products will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
