Delta Cooling Towers, a New Delhi-based manufacturer of FRP cooling towers for industrial and commercial plants, is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team.
This is a technical sales role. You’ll be speaking with plant heads, project engineers, and purchase teams who have real technical questions. We’re looking for someone who can have a proper conversation with a customer, understand their requirement before pitching, and is comfortable learning about equipment, numbers, and specifications.
What you’ll do
- Handle incoming enquiries and understand customer requirements
- Speak with clients and follow up on leads
- Visit customer sites across Delhi NCR and occasionally outside the region
- Understand cooling requirements and help identify the right cooling tower for the application
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team
- Follow up with customers from enquiry through negotiation and order closure
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
What we’re looking for
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
- Basic comfort with numbers, technical drawings, and specification sheets
- Curious mindset and willingness to learn how industrial equipment actually works
- Engineering or science background is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply
You don’t need to already know cooling towers. we’ll train you on the product and technical side. What matters more is that you’re willing to learn, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
