Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to assigned markets and territories.
- Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Promote and sell company products/services to retailers, dealers, and end customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Submit daily visit reports and sales activity updates to the reporting manager.
- Ensure proper follow-up on leads and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or marketing.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Must own a two-wheeler (Bike) with a valid driving license.
- Must have a smartphone for reporting, communication, and mobile applications.
- Knowledge of local markets in Delhi will be an added advantage.
