The Senior Retail Sales Specialist will be the driving force behind store revenue generation, high-value client acquisitions, and premium customer retention. This role requires an expert closer who can blend deep product knowledge with exceptional relationship-building skills to consistently exceed sales targets and mentor junior sales staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual and store-level monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Implement upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase Average Bill Value (ABV) and Basket Size.
- Key Account Management & Clienteling: Build and maintain a personalized database of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), corporate clients, and repeat walk-ins. Manage regular follow-ups, festive greetings, and exclusive previews to drive repeat footfall.
- B2B & Corporate Gifting Outreach: Identify and pitch to local corporate offices, institutions, and event planners for bulk orders, customized gifting solutions, and institutional tie-ups.
- Customer Experience Excellence: Deliver an end-to-end premium luxury shopping experience. Address complex customer queries, resolve complaints gracefully, and ensure zero-compromise service standards.
- Visual Merchandising & Campaign Execution: Ensure the sales floor, hot-spots, and product displays align with brand guidelines. Actively coordinate store launches, seasonal promotions, and discount rollouts.
- Market Intelligence & Feedback: Monitor local competitor activities, pricing shifts, and evolving consumer preferences. Provide structured feedback to the procurement and brand management teams regarding stock demand.
