Role Overview
The Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising construction activities at the project site, with mandatory exposure to high-rise building projects. The role requires strong technical expertise in multi-storey construction, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery. The candidate should be capable of handling the site independently and mentoring junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site execution of high-rise residential/commercial buildings
- Manage RCC works, masonry, finishing, and services coordination
- Interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications accurately
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements
- Monitor project progress and prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs)
- Check and certify measurements, quantities, and contractor bills
- Plan and manage site manpower and productivity
- Ensure timely material planning, requisition, and usage control
- Resolve technical issues related to high-rise construction execution
- Guide and mentor Junior Site Engineers and site supervisors
Preferred Experience
- 6 + years of relevant experience in civil construction
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects (multi-storey structures)
- Strong knowledge of RCC frame structures, formwork systems, and finishing works
- Experience in handling multiple contractors and large site teams
- Hands-on experience with site documentation, DPRs, measurements, and billing
- Practical knowledge of site safety, quality control, and execution planning
- Ability to independently manage high-rise project sites
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
