EXP:5–10 years hands-on experience in HEOR modeling
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in Excel-based economic modeling (advanced formulas, macros preferred).
Experience with modeling and statistical tools, such as:
R
Python / VBA
TreeAge
WinBUGS / JAGS (for Bayesian analyses, desirable)
Strong understanding of:
HTA methods
Economic evaluation principles
Modeling best practices
Domain Knowledge
Proven experience in one or more therapeutic areas (e.g., Oncology, Rare Diseases, Immunology, Cardiovascular, Metabolic, Neurology).
Strong understanding of payer evidence expectations across regions (US, EU, UK, APAC).
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to explain complex models to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
