- 1–3 years of experience in Back Office Operations, Sales Coordination, Office Administration, MIS, Documentation, or a similar role.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, ERP, and CRM software.
- Strong knowledge of documentation, MIS reporting, and office administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail with excellent accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude with strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
