Position Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Technical Product Manager (TPM) with 8–10 years of experience to lead enterprise platform initiatives for our Samsung account in Guindy, Chennai. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of product vision, strategy, platform capabilities, and feature execution across complex, multi-country e-commerce implementations.
You will lead a team of Business Analysts while collaborating closely with enterprise architects, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders at Samsung to deliver high-performing, scalable digital commerce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Drive end-to-end ownership of the platform roadmap, prioritization, and execution strategy aligned with Samsung’s multi-country business goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide Business Analysts in defining clear requirements, functional specifications, epics, and user stories.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Samsung business stakeholders, enterprise architects, engineering leads, and QA teams to translate complex business objectives into scalable product capabilities.
- Platform Architecture & Integrations: Oversee platform capabilities, system integrations, and REST API architecture to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
- End-to-End Delivery: Manage feature lifecycles from initial discovery and product design through agile execution, testing, and multi-region deployment.
- Stakeholder & Risk Management: Serve as the primary product authority for the account—managing trade-offs, making critical product decisions, and communicating roadmaps effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 8–10 years of proven Product Management experience managing enterprise-grade platform products, specifically multi-country/global e-commerce implementations.
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. degree preferred; MBA or equivalent master's degree is strongly preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of platform architecture, web services, REST APIs, system integrations, and modern digital platform design.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading BAs, managing senior client stakeholders, and driving alignment across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Agile Execution: Deep experience in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product lifecycle management using Jira and Confluence.
- Analytical & Communication: Exceptional logical reasoning, problem-solving, decision-making, and client-facing presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on functional or technical exposure to SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) for large-scale retail or B2B/B2C e-commerce environments.
Work Environment
- Location: Guindy, Chennai (100% Work from Office).
Pay: ₹575,306.38 - ₹2,600,000.00 per year
