Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Hair Transplant team at QHT Clinic, Haridwar. The candidate will assist doctors during hair transplant procedures, ensure patient comfort and safety, and support pre-operative and post-operative care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist doctors during hair transplant and other clinical procedures.
- Prepare and maintain the operation/procedure room as per clinical protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and overall condition before, during, and after procedures.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient counseling and care instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure proper sterilization and infection control practices.
- Manage medical inventory, consumables, and equipment.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth patient flow and operations.
Requirements
- GNM/B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Registration Certificate.
- 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred (OT, cosmetic, dermatology, or hair transplant experience will be an added advantage).
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures.
- Willingness to learn and work in a specialized hair restoration environment.
