We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage recruitment, employee relations, and daily HR operations efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment and onboarding processes
- Manage employee records and attendance
- Coordinate staff performance and HR activities
- Develop and implement HR policies
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment
- Handle employee relations and grievance management
- Support management in administrative and HR-related tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tasks
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
