As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to strengthen our UAE sales operations by identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive who can actively identify prospective customers, generate new business opportunities, convert leads into clients, and maintain long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, be comfortable interacting with customers daily, and ensure prompt follow-up throughout the sales process.
The selected candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring that every inquiry is handled professionally and that customers receive timely assistance throughout their engagement with the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers, businesses, and organizations within the UAE market to generate new sales opportunities.
- Conduct outbound sales calls, WhatsApp communications, emails, and other outreach activities to introduce the company's services.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospective customers into active clients through effective communication and relationship building.
- Handle inquiries from both new and existing customers professionally and provide accurate information about company services.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers regarding quotations, ongoing services, documentation, and business opportunities.
- Maintain consistent communication with assigned customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
- Respond promptly to customer calls, messages, and emails, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Be readily available during UAE business hours to attend customer calls and provide continuous support whenever required.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate services based on their specific needs.
- Coordinate closely with the Customer Service, Translation, Operations, and Administration teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently and escalate complex matters to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, leads, follow-ups, and conversion status using CRM software or internal systems.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the organization.
- Represent the company professionally while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and business ethics.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, telemarketing, or client relationship management is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
- Knowledge of Malayalam is preferred; Arabic will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in cold calling, lead generation, customer conversion, and follow-up activities.
- Ability to research potential customers and identify new business opportunities independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, email communication, and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Willingness to work according to UAE business hours.
Working Hours
- Full-time position.
- Candidates must be available to work according to UAE business hours and should remain responsive to customer communications during working hours.
