Job Summary
Udhayam Group of Companies is seeking an experienced, innovative, and technology-driven Administrative Manager to lead and manage the organization's administrative functions while driving digital transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess strong administration skills, excellent leadership abilities, expertise in digital tools, digital marketing knowledge, and hands-on experience with AI-powered productivity software. The candidate will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, implementing modern technologies, enhancing business processes, and supporting the growth of the organization through data-driven decision-making.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration & Operations Management
- Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations across all business units.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office administration and facilities management.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Operations, Purchase, and Store Departments.
- Monitor office discipline and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage office assets, contracts, and administrative budgets.
- Organize meetings, management reviews, and corporate events.
- Handle statutory documentation and license renewals.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Digital Operations & Technology Management
- Lead digital transformation initiatives within the organization.
- Implement and improve digital workflows to reduce manual processes.
- Maintain digital documentation and filing systems.
- Generate MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Analyze business data and present actionable insights to management.
- Ensure effective utilization of ERP and retail management software.
- Manage company email systems and digital communication platforms.
- Coordinate with software vendors and IT service providers.
- Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to cybersecurity practices.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate digital marketing activities.
- Manage and monitor social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and festive marketing activities.
- Monitor and optimize Google Business Profile performance.
- Work with marketing teams to improve brand visibility.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Monitor customer reviews and online reputation.
- Support lead generation activities through digital channels.
- Coordinate email marketing and WhatsApp Business campaigns.
AI & Automation Responsibilities
The candidate should possess practical knowledge of AI tools and their business applications, including:
- Using ChatGPT for drafting reports, letters, SOPs, HR communications, and business documentation.
- Utilizing Google Gemini for research and content generation.
- Working with Microsoft Copilot for Excel analysis, document preparation, and presentations.
- Designing marketing creatives using Canva AI.
- Creating and editing promotional videos through CapCut AI.
- Using Adobe Express AI for digital content creation.
- Applying AI tools to automate repetitive administrative tasks.
- Identifying opportunities to improve productivity through AI-driven solutions.
- Training team members on the effective use of AI productivity tools.
- Ensuring ethical and responsible use of AI technologies within the organization.
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Develop dashboards and business performance reports.
- Track departmental KPIs and present findings to management.
- Analyze trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare presentations for management meetings.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.
HR Coordination
- Coordinate attendance and leave administration.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation processes.
- Monitor policy compliance.
- Coordinate employee welfare activities.
- Assist in conducting training programs.
- Work closely with department heads on administrative matters.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and supervise the administration team.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor performance.
- Conduct team meetings and provide guidance.
- Develop and mentor team members.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Resolve operational and employee-related issues effectively.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field.
- MBA in Administration, Operations, or Business Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 0–10 years of experience in Administration.
- Experience in Retail, Hypermarket, FMCG, or Group Companies is preferred.
- Proven experience in digital operations and technology adoption.
- Exposure to AI tools and digital marketing practices will be highly preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
