HR Recruiter – IT Hiring (2+ Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end IT recruitment.
- Source and screen technical candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Manage offer follow-ups and recruitment trackers.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Comfortable screening and interacting with technical candidates.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Only candidates based in Delhi and nearby areas should apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
