Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales, networking, field sales, and client meetings.
- Identify potential customers and pitch suitable technology solutions and software products.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales discussions with prospective clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
- Manage CRM updates, lead tracking, follow-ups, and opportunity management effectively.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, pricing discussions, and client onboarding activities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Utilize AI-powered sales tools and modern lead generation platforms to improve productivity and customer engagement.
