Develop tourism-centric thematic concepts: lake tourism, eco-tourism, cultural zones, selfie points, viewing decks, interpretation areas, etc
Prepare high-quality 2D drawings, 3D models, renders, and walk-through animations.
Coordinate closely with 3D visualizers for photo-realistic renders,drone views, and animation sequences.
Prepare planting plans, lighting layouts, softscape–hardscape detailing, and BOQs.
Create design guidelines for signage, street furniture, pathways, kiosks, landscape lighting, and public amenities.
