Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering questions, and providing friendly, efficient service.
- Product Preparation: Scooping ice cream, creating sundaes, shakes, and preparing custom ice cream cakes.
- Operations & Cleaning: Maintaining a clean and neat workstation, cleaning equipment, restocking supplies, and managing inventory.
- Cashier Duties: Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, and processing payments accurately.
- Compliance: Adhering to food safety, safety, and sanitation protocols.
