Handle day-to-day administrative activities
- Maintain office records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments
- Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
- Prepare reports, MIS and data entries
- Handle emails, calls and office communication
- Support HR and operation-related activities
- Maintain employee and office files properly
Requirements: Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: 1–3 years in Administration
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
