Documentation Assistant
Salary – 15,000 – 20,000

Job Summary:
This position plays a crucial role in ensuring clear and accurate documentation for an electrical contracting company. Responsibilities include structuring agreements, preparing quotations, handling permits and licenses, maintaining project records etc.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and revise client agreements, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with legal and industry standards.
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for electrical projects, based on project specifications and client requirements.
- Present quotations to clients clearly and professionally.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project records, including quotes, agreements, invoices, inspection reports, and photographs.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into company systems.
- Provide administrative support to the electrical team, including taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling emails.
- Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in the documentation process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in word, excel
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
