Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about hiring, employee engagement, and building strong teams across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate should be energetic, solution-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing end-to-end HR operations while supporting Greenr's continued growth. Additionally, this role will involve assisting in the development and implementation of HR systems and procedures to strengthen organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Coordinate hiring requirements across multiple restaurant locations.
- Ensure smooth employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Support employee engagement, retention initiatives, and HR activities.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfil manpower requirements.
- Assist in performance management and employee lifecycle processes.
- Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour regulations.
- Assist in establishing and improving HR systems, policies, and procedures.
- Support HR projects, training initiatives, and new outlet openings as required.
QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in BBA, Human Resource Management, or a related field (mandatory).
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Prior experience in the Hospitality, Restaurant, Café, Hotel, or HoReCa Industry will be preferred.

Compensation
- Salary: Up to ₹33,000 per month (based on experience and fit).

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
